Arrival in Pokhara (820m) – Explore Lakeside

Arrive in Pokhara, Nepal’s serene lakeside city. After checking in the hotel, take time to explore the peaceful Phewa Lake, colorful streets, and nearby cultural sites. Prepare for the trek ahead with a briefing and gear checking.

Drive to Nayapul (1,070m) and trek to Tikhedhunga (1,540m)

After a 1.5-hour drive to Nayapul, you will begin the trek through lush forests and riverside villages. The trail leads you to Tikhedhunga, a charming hamlet surrounded by terraced fields and rolling hills.

Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,860m)

Today is tough as you will ascend steeply via Ulleri, a stone staircase with stunning views. The trail continues through rhododendron forests, especially colorful with the rhododendron blooming in spring. Upon reaching Ghorepani, you will be welcomed by a lively village with the views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.

Hike to Poon Hill (3,210m) for sunrise, then trek to Tadapani (2,630m)

Today we will set up early morning hike to Poon Hill for the panoramic sunrise views over Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Machapuchare. After breakfast in Ghorepani, we will trek through forested paths and ridges to reach Tadapani for the night.

Trek from Tadapani to Chhomrong (2,170m)

Your day begins with a descend through forests and villages, crossing streams and ridges before reaching the beautiful Gurung village of Chhomrong. The views of Annapurna South and Machapuchare are spectacular from here.

Trek from Chhomrong to Dovan (2,600m)

Our day begins with a rapid descending to the river and then climb steadily through bamboo and rhododendron forests to Sinuwa from where the hike gets easier. We will pass through Bamboo before arriving at Dovan, nestled in a peaceful valley.

Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) via Machapuchare Base Camp (3,700m)

Our hike begins with a gentle ascend through alpine landscapes. As we pass Machapuchare Base Camp, we will continue into the Annapurna Sanctuary, surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks. Upon arrival at ABC take some time to soak in the surreal 360° mountain views.

Sunrise at ABC and trek down to Bamboo

Today is the day that you have been waiting for long. Wake up before the rays of the sun hits the summit of the Himalayas and enjoy an unforgettable sunrise over Annapurna I. After breakfast, we will begin our descent through the same route, retracing steps back to Bamboo for an overnight rest.

Trek to Jhinu Danda (1,780m)

Today we will be trekking back through Chhomrong and descend to Jhinu Danda, where you can relax in natural hot springs beside the Modi Khola river — a well-earned treat after days of hiking. We will stay the night at a tea house in Jhinu.

Trek from Jhinu to Siwai and drive back to Pokhara

Today our short final trek leads to Siwai. From here, we will take a scenic drive return to Pokhara. As we get back to Pokhara we will celebrate the completion of our adventure with a relaxed evening by the lake.
