Tour Itineraries

Drive from Pokhara to Besisahar and trek to Syange (1100m)

We will set up early morning at around 7 am as will have to take a 3 hours drive to Besisahar, the starting point to Annapurna Circuit Trek. As we reach the start point we will take some refreshments, get ready and start our hike towards Syange. The 4-5 hours of hike offers us the opportunity to pass through the Marshyangdi Hydro tunnel, observe the beautiful waterfall and enjoy the gushing sound of the Marshyangdi River.  We will be staying the night at a lodge in Syange.

Hike from Syange to Dharapani (1860m)

Our day begins with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will be walking along the Marshyangdi River whilst enjoying the gushing sound of the river echoing against the cliffs on each side.  Along the way, we will pass through several waterfalls where Bon and the Octopus waterfall are the main to be pictured.  We will traverse through beautiful villages showcasing amazing beauty and cultural practices of the region before we conclude the hike. Our overnight stay will be in a lodge offering wifi, hot shower and delicious meal in Dharapani.

Dharapani to Chame 2670m

As usual, our day begins with the breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will be entering the higher altitude offering the views of Manaslu and Annapurna II, followed by the lush pine forest spreading aromatic pine smell all around. Our hike begins with a gentle climb to Danaque and as we proceed further we will be welcomed by the intense of the day to Timang. Our final destination for the day is Chame, also known as the district headquarter of Manang. In Chame, you will get the chance to enjoy the freshly brewed Himalayan coffee with the taste of locally made cakes and pastries.

Hiking Time: 5-6 Hours

Distance: 18 Km Approx.

Difficulty: Moderate to Hard 

Chame to Upper Pisang (3300m)

As we leave Chame, we will be hiking through the deep basin formed in between the massive cliffs. The aroma coming from the pine forest and the cool breeze generated by the Marshyangdi River along with the views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal will make our day to cherish. As we hike further towards Upper Pisang, we will take time to visit the apple orchard of the Bharatang where we will enjoy the freshly made apple juice along with the apple donuts and apple pie and crumbles. As we are done with the refreshment we will hike towards Dhikur Pokhari from where the valley opens wide and waiting to offer the incredible views of the Annapurna Himalayan range. Our day concludes in Upper Pisang in a tea house.

Upper Pisang to Manang (3540m)

After having the breakfast with the stunning view of the Annapurna II and IV, our hike begins from Pisang towards Ghyaru and Ngawal and then to Manang. Our hike begins with a gentle walk to the base of Ghyaru Village from where we will have to tackle a steep climb to Ghyaru. Despite, the intense climb you will not feel any exhaustion as you will have a great view of the surrounding mountains unfolded in-front of you. Upon arrival in Ghyaru village, take a time to enjoy a dramatic view of the Annapurna Himalayas along with the locally made apple pie. After leaving Ghyaru, behind we will take a short steeper climb before descending down to Ngawal for the lunch. As we are done with the well-earned lunch we will start descending towards Munji and Braka villages before reaching Manang, where we will stay the night.

Hiking Time: 5-6 Hours

Distance: 20 Km Approx.

Rest/Acclimatization Day

As we are already in the high altitude, it is ideal to let our body rest and acclimatize to the altitude. However, rest doesn't mean we will have a complete halt. We will take a short walk to the Chhongur view point from where we will have a great view of the Annapurna II, III, IV and Gangapurna and the glacier lake with the cinematic view of the Manang village. After, we arrive back to Manang, we let you have your own time to explore around.

Hike from Manang to Yak Kharka

Saying good bye to Manang. toady we will climb higher to Yak Kharka at an altitude 4200m. Physically the 9 Km hike might sound easier, however, the altitude will catch us up. So, it is ideal to walk gently and savor every steps. We will take time to soak in the beauty of the Himalayas  with the sip of refreshing drink at Gunsang. We will pass through the herds of the Yaks grazing on the side of the trekking trail while enjoying the incredible landscape. We will conclude our hike at Yak Kharka at a tea house accommodation. 

Hiking time: 4-5 Hours

Distance: 9 Km

Difficulty: Hard in Terms of Altitude

Trek from Yak Kharka to Phedi (4540m)

Your day begins with a beautiful view of the Himalayas and the breakfast at the hotel. Today's hike is comparatively shorter than any other days. We will be crossing the suspension bridges while observing the herds of Yaks and the blue sheep grazing on the surrounding pastures. Our day concludes at Thorong Phedi where we will stay the night. We will have lunch there and go for a shorter walk towards High Camp to acclimatize and return back to Phedi for the night. 

Hike from Phedi to the Pass and down to Muktinath (3810m)

Today marks the toughest day of our entire adventure. We will wake up early morning at 3:30 am and start our hike towards the Thorong-La Pass. From Phedi to the High Camp is the challenging climb of all. We will have our breakfast here and continue our hike towards the Pass. As we proceed further, it is advisable to take every steps very gently and calmly as we will be in the very high altitude. Upon reaching the pass, we will take some pictures, enjoy the scenery have some drinks and start descending down towards Muktinath. We will take time for the lunch at Champarbhu (4200m) and further descend down to Muktinath, where we will be welcomed by the serene Muktinath Temple and the sight of the seventh highest mountain in the world- The Dhaulagiri (8167m). We will stay the night in a lodge.

Hiking Time: 8-10 Hours

Distance: 19 Km

Difficulty: Challenging 

Hike from Muktinath to Kagbeni (2800m)

Exhausted from the previous day's long and tough hike, today we will take it leisurely to descend down to Kagbeni, where we will take time to visit one of the oldest Monasteries (more than 580 years) in the Mustang region.  We will also take time to visit the ancient village of Kagbeni, visit Tiri village of Upper Mustang. We will stay the night in a tea house.

Hike Time: 4-5 Hours

Distance: 15 Km

Difficulty: Moderate

Drive from Kagbeni to Tatopani (1190m)

Today, we will be  taking a scenic drive from Kagbeni to Tatopani to skip the tarmac road. In Tatopani, we will visit the natural hot-spring to relax our soar muscles. We will stay the night in a Lodge.

Hike from Tatopani to Ghorepani (2780m)

Today, we will take on another challenge to accomplish the complete loop of the Annapurna Circuit trek. We will start our day early from Tatopani. We will pass through several beautiful villages of Ghara and Shikha showcasing incredible culture and stunning landscapes. We will be ascending approximately 17 Km to Ghorepani. Ghorepani is pupular for Poonhill - One of the most popular view points in the Annapurna region. We will stay the night in a comfortable tea house or lodge.

Hike Time: 7-8 Hours Approx

Distance: 17 Km

Difficulty: Moderate to Hard

Trek from Ghorepani to Poonhill (3210m) and down to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara

Today, we will wake up early morning and start our hike towards Poonhill to enjoy best sunrise view over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain range. After having enough time to soak in the beauty of the Himalayas, we will descend down to the hotel, have breakfast, pack our things and descend down to Nayapul from where we will drive back to Pokhara on a private vehicle.

Hiking Time: 6-7 Hours

Distance: 20 Km

Difficulty: Moderate

Drive/Fly back to Kathmandu

Today marks an end to your incredible with us! After bidding a farewell, you will be either driving or flying back to Kathmandu (based on the plan) to catch your flight back home.
